We are seeking a part-time EMT/Firefighter for our Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Company contract. The position is a day shift from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The primary responsibility of the EMT/Firefighter is to provide medical care and transportation for patients within their scope of practice, as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the EMS Commission of Illinois.

Qualifications

• EMT License
• IL Basic Operations Firefighter Certification
• CPR Certification
• 21 Years of age or older
• Valid Illinois Driver's License
• ACLS (training provided by Metro)
• PALS (training provided by Metro)
