Job summary

Valor Emergency Medical Services, LLC seeks a dedicated EMT-B to join our emergency response team in Arkadelphia, AR. You will provide basic life support, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with paramedics, dispatchers, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a current EMT-B certification, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the physical ability to lift and move patients.

Qualifications

• Current EMT-B certification (state and/or national).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CPR certification (AHA or equivalent).
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver patients and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide basic medical care.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
• Administer CPR, oxygen, and other basic life support procedures.
• Safely transport patients to medical facilities.
• Communicate with dispatch, hospitals, and team members.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in ready condition.
• Document patient care and complete reports accurately.
