Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a dedicated EMT professional to provide emergency medical transportation and patient care in line with EMT protocols. You will safely move patients, assess conditions, and communicate findings to medical teams while keeping meticulous records.

Role requires professionalism, safety focus, and strong customer service. Completion of required training and successful screening are expected to join a responsive EMS team in our Chicago-area services.

Qualifications

• Current or pending EMT National Registry and/or state license is required.
• Ability to deliver medical care and transport patients at EMT or Paramedic level.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and capacity to operate in varied conditions.
• Successful completion of pre-employment interview, physical, lifting exam, and drug screening.
• Completion of company-provided training and driving courses.
