Job summary

Baptist Ambulance in the Memphis area is seeking Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to serve its interfacility contracts. The EMT will be responsible for responding to calls, driving ALS and BLS ambulances as directed, and delivering high-quality patient care during transport.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State of Tennessee Driver’s License.
• TN or National Registry EMT Certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support Certification.
• CPR certification.
• Physically Able to Perform Job Duties.

Responsibilities

• Functions as EMT on ALS and BLS ambulances as directed.
• Safely operates vehicle to/from pick up and drop off locations.
• Provides BLS patient care and movement.
• Documents all transports completely per company SOP.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Education
