Job summary

Baptist Ambulance in Kosciusko, MS is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), with a strong need for Advanced EMTs (AEMTs), to join our team in Attala County. You will function as an EMT on ALS and BLS ambulances, safely operating vehicles and delivering compliant patient care and transport documentation.

Required certifications include Mississippi EMT or National Registry, AHA BLS, CPR and MS driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mississippi Driver’s License required.
• Mississippi state or National Registry EMT certification required.
• AHA BLS certification required; CPR certification required.
• Physically able to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Functions as EMT on ALS and BLS ambulances as directed.
• Safely operates vehicle to/from pick up and drop off locations.
• Provides BLS patient care and movement.
• Documents all transports completely per company SOP.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
