Job summary

Impact ES Vancouver seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop and advance the EMS Division's Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with site leadership to improve productivity, quality, and cost while delivering standardized processes and training across multiple manufacturing locations.

The role requires strong data analytics, ERP/MES familiarity, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through Kaizen events, time studies, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related technical discipline.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with success leading complex process improvements, or Green Belt with 5+ years Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• EMS or high-mix, low-volume contract manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance reporting systems.
• Excel, Power BI, data visualization tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMS Division Continuous Improvement strategy and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across locations.
• Develop standardized processes, metrics, training, and best practices for operational excellence.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting; drive real-time performance visibility.
• Lead cross-functional improvements with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and PM.
• Manage multiple improvement projects from concept to sustainment; justify ROI and cost improvements.
• Coach leaders in Lean/Six Sigma, promote accountability and continuous learning.
