Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Utility Project Manager / Test Manager in Rosemead, CA, for a 12-month engagement. The role focuses on IT/OT project management, test planning and execution across Agile and Waterfall environments.

The candidate will coordinate end-to-end testing activities, manage milestones and dependencies, track defects, and provide regular status updates to leadership. PMP preferred with NERC-CIP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting or managing complex IT/OT technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Test Management, or a combined PM/Test Manager role.
• Experience with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (NERC-CIP) requirements in utility/energy environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple software testing cycles: functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage stakeholders across technical, business, and vendor organizations.
• Hands-on defect tracking, triage, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Proficiency in maintaining test documentation, project schedules, test results, status reports, and RAID logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities, focusing on testing milestones and schedules.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, schedules, resources, and metrics.
• Coordinate functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle from identification to closure.
• Ensure testing prerequisites, entry/exit criteria, and readiness for each phase.
• Coordinate test environments, resources, and cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and testing teams for delivery.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, testing progress, and defect resolution.
• Maintain test plans, results, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
