Job summary

Albuquerque Ambulance Service (AAS) is seeking a Logistics Technician to perform advanced duties and support daily EMS operations in Albuquerque, NM. You will coordinate daily tasks, train new staff, manage inventory, and ensure ambulances and fleet equipment meet OSHA and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, cost control, loss prevention, and adherence to pharmacy regulations with comprehensive SOG compliance.

• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work independently, and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to team members on shift.
• Serve as the Logistics point of contact for other departments.
• Ensure proper workflow and processing of ambulances and related equipment.
• Train new employees as needed and monitor inventory cost controls.
• Perform cleaning, stocking, and inspections of ambulances and fleet vehicles.
• Document medication rotation and pharmacy regulatory compliance.
