Work location: Texas Health Allen - 1105 Central Expwy North, Allen, TX 75013

Work hours: PRN "as needed" - one day a week, 8-hour day shift

Here’s What You Need
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 2 years of recent experience in emergency medical services, pre-hospital emergency medicine or other clinically related discipline required
  • EMS experience preferred
  • EMT-P - Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic required upon hire
  • LP - Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of distinct constituents, including patients, guests, staff members, physicians, and volunteers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and advanced expertise in analyzing organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a major organizational initiative, accomplish results and achieve measurable organizational outcomes and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach for results.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities.

  • Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.
What You Will Do
  • Clinical/Business Operations
  • Under general direction of program manager, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates technical/quality aspects of emergency medical services activities.
  • Program Management
  • Support and assist business growth strategies for EMS services in order to advance the tertiary care facility strategy.
  • Quality and Performance Improvement
  • Utilize data collection and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate quality metrics as well as report outcomes.
  • Financial Operations
  • Present training time and cost estimates related to implementation of new procedures or guidelines as needed
  • Paramedic Responsibilities - Accountability/Basic Human Needs
