Southern Arkansas University Tech seeks a dedicated faculty member to teach and coordinate EMS training at the Arkansas Fire Training Academy in Camden, AR. The position requires collaboration with the Deputy Director and active involvement in program development and scheduling.

The role emphasizes on-campus work, supervision of instructors, and the preparation of instructional materials, with relocation required if not residing nearby. A Bachelor's degree and EMS/fire experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in the fire and EMS service field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statewide EMS training programs.
• Organize and manage classes and schedules.
• Serve as liaison between the fire service and the Arkansas Fire Training Academy.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and maintain equipment.
• Develop instructional materials and conduct testing/evaluation.
