Job summary

ENL Butte County EMS is seeking a Paramedic Field Supervisor to assist the Ambulance Manager and Director of Emergency Services in coordinating day-to-day EMS operations in Northern California. The role requires collaboration with MedCom and a strong foundation in system-wide EMS operations, clinical judgment, and communication.

Minimum qualifications include CA Paramedic license and hazardous materials training, with five years in pre-hospital settings and leadership/preceptor experience

Qualifications

• Paramedic license in California is required.
• Hazardous Materials training at First Responder Operations level is required before end of orientation.
• Experience in pre-hospital EMS is preferred.
• Must collaborate with MedCom and hospitals to support interface of pre-hospital with hospital services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day ambulance service operations.
• Collaborate with MedCom and sending/receiving facilities to support EMS interface with hospitals.
• Provide leadership and preceptorship for EMS staff.
• Ensure compliance with EMS regulations and internal policies.
