Job summary

Georgia Power’s Environmental Affairs team is seeking an Engineer or Specialist to support the Enablon-based Environmental Compliance Assurance program. You will collaborate with SMEs, facility personnel, and consultants to ensure environmental regulatory requirements are executed across Georgia Power, while improving EMS processes and data quality.

The role emphasizes Enablon maintenance, training material creation, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, biology, data science, MIS, or related field.
Five+ years in environmental compliance programs, information systems, data/reporting, or related processes.
Working knowledge of environmental regulatory programs (air, water, waste).
Experience supporting IT-enabled processes or business systems.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day sustainment and improvement of the Enablon Environmental Compliance Assurance platform.
Maintain system content with SMEs, facilities, and partners.
Provide front-line user support and coordinate escalations with consultants.
Develop and maintain user guidance and training resources for Enablon users.
Assist with testing, requirements, and reporting enhancements; use data to drive dashboards.
