Job summary

City of League City seeks EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics to provide immediate response to 911 calls, assess emergencies, and deliver prehospital medical care. This safety-sensitive and/or DOT position requires drug testing participation.

You will document calls in ESO Solutions, drive MICU units to scenes or transports, and work shifts up to 11, 14, or 24 hours with overtime as needed. Licenses include Texas DSHS EMT/AEMT or TDHS EMT-P/LP; a valid Texas driver’s license is required.

• Ability to learn and follow departmental protocols.
• Maintain professional behavior under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care and transport to hospitals.
• Assist and coordinate with other emergency service agencies in MVAs, rescue operations, and other scenes.
• Document all medical calls and treatments in ESO Solutions.
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and supplies.
• Drive MICU units to scenes and transports to facilities.
• Perform ACLS/medication administration as required by certification.
