Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks an EMS Educator to lead planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of EMS education and training. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality instructional programs and ongoing improvement of EMS competencies across the organization.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, coordinate courses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting mission-driven education initiatives within the health system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 3 years EMS experience
• Licensure/Certifications: Basic EMT License or Paramedic EMT License, OR IL Reg Nurse License OR MI Reg Nurse Lead Instructor
• Preferred: Associates Degree
• Preferred: Previous teaching experience
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, CPR, ITLS Instructor

Expected pay for this position is $27.26 - $32.06/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
