Job summary

UP Health System Marquette, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an EMS Education Coordinator to support student activities, program development, and community outreach.

Role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years related experience with EMT (3 years EMT preferred), and BLS-HCP certification in Michigan. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Lifepoint Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate
• Experience: 2 years related experience; 3 years EMT experience preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Licenses: Emergency State MEDICAL Technician (EMT) in Michigan

Responsibilities

• Works with internal and external resources to plan, set up, and coordinate student activities
• Designs, evaluates, and recommends program and policy development.
• Develops, promotes, and evaluates marketing departmental services and outreach activities
• Develops and maintains relationships with community referral resources
• Assist with orientation and training of students.
• Participates and attends meeting as required and/or assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requests
• Prepares periodic reports as requested.
