City Building Engineering Services (CBES-US) is seeking an EMS Design Engineer to review, design, and coordinate EMS and electrical scope requirements for refrigeration, HVAC, lighting, and related systems in new or remodeled stores. You will assist in coordinating construction activities with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include developing EMS designs in AutoCAD, coordinating with Energy Management and other departments, conducting field assessments, and commissioning EMS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge and experience with supermarket energy management systems (EMS)
• Familiarity with typical supermarket equipment such as compressors, condensers, air handler units, VFD’s, etc.
• Ability to read and understand complex mechanical, electrical, and architectural plans
• 2-5 years’ experience with Refrigeration or HVAC building automation controls
