Job summary

Global Medical Response in Modesto seeks a Clinical Educator I to design, teach, and evaluate basic and advanced life support training for caregivers, ensuring competency and ongoing development under supervision.

You will collaborate with Operations and GMR Learning, support onboarding of new staff, and help advance the clinical quality program while maintaining compliance with accrediting standards.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or EMT-P certification/licensure as applicable to scope.
• Instructor ratings in AHA/NAEMT certifications required.
• Two years EMS experience required.
• Knowledgeable in prehospital EMS transport.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles in the training environment.
• Ability to assess educational needs and develop programs to meet learners' needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, teach, and evaluate basic and advanced life support training programs.
• Act as a clinical resource and support ongoing competency development.
• Coordinate onboarding and area-specific orientation for new staff.
• Collaborate with Operations and GMR Learning to ensure program integrity and compliance.
• Assist in continuing education and outreach education activities.
