Ohio Department of Public Safety – Ohio Emergency Medical Services seeks aProgram Administrator 3 to oversee EMS and firefighter certification issuance and maintenance, aligning goals with the agency and state board directives. You will liaise with officials and the public while ensuring confidentiality and timely processing of applications.

The role requires program management experience, strong policy development skills, and the ability to coordinate across divisions.

Formación

• Program management leadership in public safety or EMS context.
• Experience supervising, administrating and developing policy or procedures.
• Ability to communicate with private and public stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees issuance and maintenance of EMS and firefighter certifications.
• Identifies short- and long-term goals for the certification section.
• Provides information on EMS and fire certification activities to organizations and officials.
• Ensures timely processing of applications and confidentiality of documents.
• Serves as liaison with Executive Director and stakeholders.
