Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an EMR Technician II to join our Asset Management Team in Blue Bell, PA. You will capture and validate equipment data through field investigations, asset verification, and system updates to support long‑term maintenance and operational excellence.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS/CCMS tools. Travel to local sites may be required, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team‑first mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud‑based tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team members across technical project environments.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed field walkdowns of client assets to capture accurate equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and asset data.
• Generate and apply equipment and instrumentation labels in alignment with project and client standards.
• Support population and maintenance of Master Asset Listings (MAL) and project‑specific spreadsheets within CMMS and CCMS platforms.
• Participate in project team meetings, offering updates and insights to support accurate data entry and project progress.
• Conduct peer quality reviews of asset and maintenance documentation prepared by junior team members.
• Assist with inventory coordination, including movement and organization of equipment within stockroom environments as well as vendor coordination for recommended spare parts and equipment.
