Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Support Champion to lead orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training for market colleagues. You will partner with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and drive performance.

The role requires presenting sessions, supporting new hires, and evaluating training impact while promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Formal and informal training delivery experience preferred.
• Experience in project management and record-keeping preferred.
• Clinical knowledge preferred; training in clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market SME and eCW Super User for key center roles.
• Facilitate training and onboarding sessions to ensure role clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver role-specific training.
• Support new hires through onboarding and integration.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain awareness of ArchWell Health standards and workflows.
