Job summary

Oracle Health Cerner Upgrade Center Associate Delivery Consultant works with clients to design and customize new or updated systems. Remote work with potential onsite travel up to 20% supports upgrades, testing, and go-lives across healthcare environments.

You will build relationships, ensure safe and secure hospital systems, and help reduce errors and wasteful spending while delivering reliable implementation and maintenance services.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Biology, Technology, Finance, or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team supporting the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EMR and ancillary technologies; create and execute test scripts, communicate results, and troubleshoot issues.
• Travel up to 20% may be required for site work with clients.
• Support clients through Cerner upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance, including system testing, troubleshooting, issue management, training and go-lives.
