Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home and community settings.
• Assist with daily tasks including housekeeping, meals, cooking, and personal care.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands when needed.
• Help plan and organize the client’s schedule.
• Document daily activities in the electronic health record.
