Job summary

Opportunity Village in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals in daily living, social development, and community integration. You will work under the Residential Services Manager, helping with medications, health checks, and documenting progress with care teams.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPI/CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support health, safety, and well-being, monitoring changes in status.
• Document changes and communicate with care team and physicians as needed.
• Administer or monitor medication processes as trained and authorized.
• Ensure homes are clean, safe, and hazard-free; transport to community outings as needed.
