The DSP will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them engage meaningfully in their communities and pursue personal goals under person-centered plans.

This role requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to foster independence while following state regulations.

Qualificações

• Advocate for individuals’ rights and assist with daily living tasks.
• Promote health and safety and support wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and personal decision-making.
• Facilitate community engagement through activities and transportation.
• Assist with personal care tasks and household responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
