Sevita in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with personal care, encourage independence, and help participants engage in meaningful activities.

You’ll build trusting relationships, follow care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to promote wellbeing and growth. A HS diploma and valid driver's license are required; full-time roles include benefits and opportunities for

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and complex needs with patience and respect.
