Job summary

Qualifications

• Background checks and random drug/alcohol screenings may be required.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in meeting personal outcomes and monitor data.
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with policy.
• Follow emergency procedures and report health and safety concerns.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and community integration.
• Complete required shift documentation and notes.
