Job summary

Qualifications

• Standard high school diploma or GED is required.
• Driver's license with F endorsement if not a Georgia or Alabama license.

• On-going background checks and random drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in meeting personal outcomes and document data.
• Provide level of support per individual plan and assist in daily activities.
• Administer medications accurately per program plan.
• Maintain safety and hygiene with proper procedures.
