Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults and children with disabilities and their families, carrying out our mission with compassion and respect.

You will work to help clients achieve personal goals, develop social networks, and maintain health and safety while empowering choices and community participation. You will contribute to a collaborative, flexible environment, with paid training and a focus on person-centered service delivery that helps

Qualifications

• Interest in or experience helping people with disabilities achieve goals.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Belief that everyone can learn and grow regardless of disability.
• Age 16 or older.
• Willingness to pass background checks and work in a drug-free, non-violent environment.
• Driver’s license may be required depending on program needs.

• Assist and support people to realize their goals and outcomes.
