Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• LSW required for social workers.
• Experience working with families and children.
• Strong organizational skills to complete documentation.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Case Management mental health services for children and families.
• Manage an average of 15 active clients per month.
• Ensure case management treatment plans and functional assessments meet guidelines.
