Rehrig Pacific in Laurens, SC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations with safety and teamwork at the core. You’ll inspire teams, drive excellence, and ensure productive, accurate execution across shifts.

You’ll partner with leadership to meet customer needs, uphold safety standards, and develop a positive, inclusive culture where people feel valued and supported every day. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and email; Spanish-speaking a plus.
