Qualifications

• Flexible, varied hours in multiple locations
• Background checks: motor vehicle record, auto insurance, state criminal record

Responsibilities

• Provide protective oversight for assigned individual.
• Assist with personal care as needed, reminders, and help with eating and medications.
• Follow service plan, including light housekeeping and grocery shopping.
• Encourage consumer toward self-reliance.
• Transport individuals as assigned to follow the service plan.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
