Job summary

British Swim School - Hudson Waterfront is seeking part-time swim instructors in New Jersey to teach essential water safety and swimming skills to children and adults. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service on the pool deck and contribute to a safe, fun learning environment.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, the ability to swim in deep water, and completion of our paid instructor training. Competitive pay with bonuses and flexible scheduling support your goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool.
• Must complete our paid swim instructor training.
• Ability to teach swim lessons using our curriculum (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults.
• Greet families, assist with scheduling, and manage pool deck operations.
• Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing.
• Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
