What You’ll Do

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our proven curriculum (extensive training provided).
• Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
• Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
• Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in and out of the pool.

What We’re Looking For

• You love working with kids and making a difference.
• You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool.
