Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tutors individuals or small groups of students, including those with disabilities, as directed by the teacher.
• Administers medications and injections per training and state law.
• Transports students to activities and assists in preparation for treatment.
• Monitors and reports student behavior and progress.
• Performs routine clerical duties and prepares instructional materials.
• Assists students with movement, lavatory use, and daily routines.
• Provides positive guidance, emotional support and health/safety oversight.
• Directs group activities and monitor meals/play areas.
• Attends meetings and professional development as assigned.
