Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous school paraprofessional experience required.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs, with the ability to remain patient, flexible, and effective in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students across elementary through high school settings.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and daily living needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student engagement, safety, and independence.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate with teachers and school personnel.
