Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following: Associate of Arts degree, two years of college (48 credit hours) or pass the ParaPro exam.

• Ability to work well with colleagues as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students.
• Aid teacher in performance of duties.
• Communicate effectively, work well with staff and be a team player.
• Assist with preparing classroom and following lesson plans with fidelity.
• Instruct students under teacher supervision.
• Supervise and support students during duties inside and outside the classroom.
• Adhere to student IEP/504 plans with fidelity.
• Assist with data collection for student goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administrator.
