Job summary

Pueblo School District 60 is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to screen, evaluate and identify students for speech and language services within the Exceptional Student Services department. The role includes designing intervention plans, collecting progress data, and maintaining IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• ASHA certification or willingness to obtain ASHA certificate.
• Master's Degree required.
• Colorado Special Services License with Speech/Language Pathologist endorsement required.
• Background check via fingerprinting is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and identify eligible students for speech and language services.
• Design and implement intervention strategies, including technology-enabled delivery.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents regarding program content and intervention services.
• Collect student performance data and maintain a daily schedule.
• Write IEP goals and monitor progress.
