Soma is hiring a Sales Associate to Welcome customers and deliver a high-touch, customer-centered shopping experience at Store 5454-Sea Island, GA. You will share product knowledge and create personal connections, guiding guests through an omnichannel journey and loyalty programs.

Flexible availability is required, including nights and weekends. The role supports merchandising, stock replenishment, and a positive, collaborative store culture while upholding Soma's brand standards.

Formación

• Age 16+ in GA for this role; 18+ in other states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Willingness to assist with merchandising and store upkeep.
