Achievements ABA Therapy in Tucker, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions and collecting data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for reporting progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate client records.
