Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join the team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Roles emphasize independence and positive behavior support, with flexible hours and the potential for part-time work.

We offer same-day pay, paid training for new entrants, and a path to professional advancement within a supportive clinical team. A minimum 6-month commitment is encouraged to sustain progress for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately with electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
