Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments, helping patients regain function and achieve individual rehab goals.

You will work under the direction of the Director of Rehab, collaborating with clinicians to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse settings nationwide. Growth opportunities and ongoing education are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Act as a teammate, collaborating with peers and referring as needed to support patient care.
• Maintain patient-centered care and ensure high-quality service for patients and families.
