Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy for adults and older adults in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will work under a PT, develop and follow individualized treatment plans, and focus on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life. The role supports clinical autonomy and professional growth in a therapists-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a licensed PT to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and overall quality of life in adults and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
