Job summary

Jeffco Public Schools is hiring an Early Childhood Instructional Partner (Hourly) to assist with a high-quality preschool program. The ECIP works under the lead teacher to prepare materials, support instruction and behavior reinforcement, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom environment.

Requires two years in licensed childcare or elementary setting and a CDEC ECT qualification within 12 months. Starting pay is $20.11 per hour with nonexempt status and 5-hour workdays across 185 days per

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a licensed childcare facility or elementary school supporting students 3rd grade or younger.
• Must obtain CDEC ECT qualification within 12 months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Colorado-specific background checks and Trails review may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering a high-quality instructional program under the direction of the Teacher-Early Childhood (Licensed).
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with instruction, assessment and behavior support.
• Support preschool students' academic, social-emotional and self-care needs while maintaining a safe classroom.
