Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver focused physical therapy across settings as part of a supportive rehab group.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient-centered care, education, and empowerment to restore function and quality of life.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience
