Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with rehab team to address whole-patient needs.
• Adapt therapy to the individual patient and setting.
• Refer patients when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
