The role focuses on improving independence, self-care, and quality of life, serving patients in their homes with a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility and functional goals under the supervision of a PT.
• Apply physical modalities to improve independence in daily living.
