Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain strength and function in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Assess patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as appropriate to support patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families.
