This role entails providing supervision and assistance to individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities in community settings. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, coordinating clinical interventions, and facilitating consumer integration into the community. Strong communication skills and a commitment to the organization's values are essential. Previous experience in human services is preferred, and a valid Delaware driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to RHD values during job duties.
• Prior experience in the human services field is preferred.
• Valid Delaware driver’s license with a three-year Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsabilités

• Supervise individuals according to ISP.
• Provide transportation to consumers.
• Support consumers in daily living activities.
• Assist in community integration activities.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.
