Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans.
Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain their abilities and independence.
Adapt therapy approaches to the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with peers and refer patients when necessary.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards
Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
