Job summary

WOODSIDE is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a healthcare setting. You will assess residents, plan and adjust treatments, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support functional independence.

You will supervise assistants, document progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements while educating families on goals and home programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficient with Net Health and PointClickCare systems.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state; ongoing CE requirements.
• CPR certification if required by licensure.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and health team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and aides in resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with physicians and families.
• Maintain compliant documentation per facility and payer requirements.
• Ensure a safe treatment environment and infection control adherence.
